3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing is error-free.

• Prices are quoted on a per-unit basis unless otherwise specified.
• Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax regulations.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary.

4. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or purchase order acceptance.
• Payment terms are 100% advance for new customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Established customers may be extended credit terms at our discretion.
• All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, transportation strikes, or acts of God.
• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Risk and title of goods pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import clearance.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect supply, subject to inspection.
• Claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Custom-manufactured or special-order items are non-returnable.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days after inspection and approval.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer for non-defective returns.

7. Warranty

Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow operating guidelines. Our liability under warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ms pipelines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to property arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Ms pipelines and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
